“Being a part of the Kilogram Strength training program with Christian has helped me make fitness a part of my daily lifestyle. The workouts/training are simple but efficient and honestly have made me so much stronger! Exercises that were once difficult I can now do so much better i.e I can now do actual push ups, I see myself increasing the weights after time, and my endurance has improved. Seeing results in the mirror is another reason I know this program is working for me. I started around April and now I feel so much more comfortable in my appearance and in my clothing!
